About Me.

I am originally from the middle of nowhere, Odessa, TX. My journey in digital marketing officially started when I left to get my bachelor's in advertising from West Texas A&M in the middle of nowhere, Canyon, TX. However, it unofficially started much sooner than that. Around 12 years old, I started to develop an interest in drawing, but I didn't like drawing people, places, or things. I would make up businesses in my head and draw imaginary logos, business cards, and signs for them.

Once at a family reunion, my uncles rented a BBQ trailer to cook for everyone. They made one joke about turning it into a side business, and I was immediately inspired. I drew up several different logos for their business and came up with taglines. I created business cards and flyers. I spent the entire day on my project, and once I was done, I sat down with the entire extended family and presented it to them like a school project.

They never started a mobile BBQ business, so feel free to steal that idea, but I was obsessed with my designs. I loved the way that everything represented who they were and what they did. And I loved making all the branding match. It was like creating my own collection; I needed all the pieces of the brand: logo, tagline, mission statement, color scheme, website, typeface.

I was born to create; I was designed to design. I think about it constantly, and I see it in everything I do. This is my passion. It just runs in my blood and makes sense in my head. To do what I love effectively, I am proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Webflow, Figma, Wix, and more. I excel in crafting compelling UX designs, executing brand development strategies, and optimizing websites for SEO. My expertise extends to media planning, market research, and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to elevate brands and drive engagement.

 

Outside of work, you'll find me unwinding with yoga sessions, watching scary movies, or enjoying leisurely walks with my dachshund, Mr. Fig Newton.
